Questions
Where does the data come from?
Official FMCSA records published daily on data.transportation.gov (Motus datasets for insurance, suspensions and revocations; the Company Census File) plus the FMCSA QCMobile API for live checks. See data sources.
How early will I hear about a problem?
FMCSA usually serves an involuntary suspension notice about 30 days before it takes effect. LoadLookout ingests new notices every day and alerts you the same day it sees one for a carrier you watch.
Is this a replacement for my compliance process?
No. LoadLookout surfaces public FMCSA records and keeps a dated record of what you checked. It doesn't certify carriers or detect every type of fraud. Always follow your own vetting policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period from your account page; you keep access until then.
